Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets for loan products like Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Construction Finance.

• Source and engage customers through direct channels.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle queries or complaints effectively.

• Ensure smooth loan processing and compliance with all policies and regulations.

• Work with internal teams (Risk, Operations, etc.) for approvals, servicing, and collections.

• Track market trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records and share regular reports (MIS) on performance and NPAs.
