About the Role
Acuerdo India Private Limited is looking for a confident, presentable and proactive Business Development Manager who can represent the company professionally with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and other business partners.
The candidate will be responsible for developing institutional relationships, arranging meetings with key decision-makers, coordinating business opportunities and managing field and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit banks, NBFCs, ARCs, insurance companies and other financial institutions to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Arrange meetings with relevant officials and decision-makers for potential business opportunities.
- Represent Acuerdo India Private Limited professionally in external meetings and institutional discussions.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing institutional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work received from financial institutions.
- Manage and monitor Field Executives and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Handle field operations, reporting, follow-ups and team coordination from the office.
- Allocate work to Field Executives and track daily performance and productivity.
- Coordinate between financial institutions, field teams and the management.
- Prepare and share regular MIS, updates and activity reports.
- Follow up on meetings, proposals, assignments and new business opportunities.
- Travel locally whenever required for meetings with banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain professional communication and a strong corporate image while dealing with clients and institutional partners.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be confident and comfortable visiting banks and financial institutions independently.
- Must be presentable and professional, as the candidate will represent the company in external meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage Field Executives.
- Comfortable handling multiple assignments from the office.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, email and basic MIS/reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for business meetings.
