  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

  • Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

  • Generate interest and convert leads into site visits.

  • Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further negotiations.

  • Achieve assigned calling, follow-UPS.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
