Business Development Executive (Loans)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Loan Products) to join our team at RichAura Fintech Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth in the financial services sector. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, along with strong prospects of career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, field visits, presentations, and client meetings.

• Build strong customer relationships and consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost lead generation and conversion.

• Report daily performance metrics, follow-ups, and feedback to management.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively through proper follow-up and service support.

• Inform customers about loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Home Loan, and Credit Cards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (Any Stream) with 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with different sales techniques and a willingness to learn banking and loan products is important.

Applicants should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer usage (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp) and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential. Candidates for field roles should be comfortable with market visits (own bike preferred).
