Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our EdTech solutions to students, parents, and institutions. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about education and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms

  • Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and learning programs

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate EdTech solutions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Conduct product demos and presentations (online/offline)

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead conversion

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and offerings


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

  • Experience in EdTech, education sales, or telesales is a plus


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in student counseling or inside sales

  • Familiarity with online learning platforms

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
