We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our EdTech solutions to students, parents, and institutions. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about education and technology.
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and learning programs
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate EdTech solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct product demos and presentations (online/offline)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead conversion
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and offerings
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Experience in EdTech, education sales, or telesales is a plus
Experience in student counseling or inside sales
Familiarity with online learning platforms
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
