  • Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Executive

    Location: Delhi

    Department: Sales & Business Development executive


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, government and defense sales, key account management, and a performance-oriented approach to expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships, driving sales, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analysis.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels, with a focus on government, defense, PSU, and other key sectors.

    • Market Research & GTM Strategy: Assist in formulating go-to-market strategies tailored to target segments, leveraging GEM knowledge and industry insights.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, government agencies, defense organizations, and other stakeholders.

    • Sales Execution & Closure: Drive end-to-end sales processes, from pitching solutions to closing deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

    • Key Account Management: Develop strategic plans for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Direct Sales & Business Expansion: Engage in direct sales efforts, expanding our footprint in targeted sectors.

    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to align sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.

    • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to government and defense procurement policies, maintain comprehensive documentation for sales and negotiations.


    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

    • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, especially in government, defense, PSU sectors.

    • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

    • Knowledge of GEM portal, government procurement processes, and defense sales.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to analyze sales data and generate insightful reports.

    • Performance-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


    Preferred Attributes:

    • Existing network within government, defense, or PSU sectors.

    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
