Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and dealers.
Promote Stone Hub's products and explain product specifications, quality, pricing, and applications.
Visit construction sites, project locations, and client offices to generate sales leads.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with prospective clients to close deals.
Maintain a database of customers, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
