Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, developing strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and wellness partners, and driving patient footfall through field activities and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners to promote hospital services and specialties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and partners.

• Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and corporate partnerships.

• Conduct field visits and regular follow-ups to ensure continuous referrals.

• Organize health camps, awareness programs, and patient education sessions.

• Meet monthly targets for patient referrals and revenue generation.

• Collect feedback from the field to improve service delivery.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of referred patients.

• Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and conversion rates.

• Monitor competitors and provide insights to management.
