Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives + Allowances


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales growth for our waterproofing and infrastructure solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution.

  • Prepare reports on sales activities, client meetings, and market trends.

  • Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.

  • Negotiation and convincing skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with construction, waterproofing, or infrastructure industry (preferred but not mandatory).
