🕒 Experience: 0–2 Years

We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who are interested in Field Sales and Merchant Visits. If you are passionate about sales and want to grow your career, this opportunity is for you.

🎓 Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• 0–2 Years experience in Field Sales / Fintech / Payments preferred

• Freshers can also apply

📌 Mandatory:

• Own Two-Wheeler (Bike) for field visits

• Smartphone

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC

• Daily Incentives: ₹120 – ₹300

• Attractive Monthly Incentives

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchants and shops daily

• Work on assigned leads

• Complete minimum 15 merchant visits per day

• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

• Good communication in Hindi & basic English

• Sales-driven and target-oriented

• Comfortable with field work and client interaction
