Business Development Executive (BDE)

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Field Sales / Fintech / Payments)

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

### Job Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchants and shops for QR/payment service revisit activities

• Ensure merchant engagement and active usage of digital payment services

• Complete daily field visit targets and update reports in the company app

• Build strong relationships with merchants and provide support when required

• Achieve daily and monthly performance goals

### Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude

• Bike, smartphone & valid driving license mandatory

• Experience in Fintech or field sales will be an added advantage

### Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC

• Petrol allowance provided
