We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in selling Background Verification services / Recruitment & Staffing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective field sales activities.
Identify and prospect potential clients across Corporates, SMEs, Startups and HR consultancies.
Promote and sell Background Verification services & Staffing solutions to clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Owners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing & contract terms.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain pipeline reports.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal BGV operations & recruitment delivery teams.
Frequent travel to client locations for business meetings and closures.
Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in BGV service selling / Recruitment / Staffing sales.
Strong understanding of HR domain & hiring processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to independently handle client meetings and closures.
Target-driven mindset with strong field sales experience.
Should be confident, proactive, and relationship-focused.
Two-wheeler preferred for frequent client travel.
