Field Sales Business Development Executive

We are a fast-growing software company that has built a modern, lightweight, and incredibly fast CRM software designed specifically for independent Real Estate Agents and Property Brokers.

We are looking for self-motivated, aggressive Sales & Business Development Executives who want to earn high monthly income through an industry-best recurring commission model.

This is a 100% Performance-Linked / Commission-Based Role. There is NO fixed baseline salary, but there is NO CAP on how much you can earn.

What is the Earning Structure?

• Massive Upfront Payout: Get a whopping 20-30% commission on the very first subscription billing of every client you close.

• Same-Week Payouts: No waiting until the end of the month. Your commission will be transferred via UPI/Bank transfer within 48 hours of the client's payment clearing.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with local real estate agents, builders, and property consultants (via phone, LinkedIn, or field visits).

2. Introduce our CRM tool and demonstrate how it solves their daily client-management headaches.

3. Convince them to sign up for our 30-day trial and convert them into paid subscribers.

4. Maintain a good relationship with your closed clients to ensure continuous monthly renewals.
