Location: 3/B, 1st Floor, Asad Compound, Opp. Mukund Hospital, Andheri Kurla Road, JB Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400059

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented ••Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai team. This is a field-based role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and smooth coordination between clients and the office. The role plays a key part in supporting small enterprises through strong networks, operational support, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to acquire, manage, and support clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal office teams.

• Collect, verify, and deliver documents, materials, or items as required.

• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and status updates.

• Identify and resolve on-ground issues promptly to ensure continuity of operations.

• Generate leads and support client retention initiatives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Attend networking events, meetings, and conferences to expand the client network.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (any stream); BCom / BBA preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in fieldwork, business development, sales, or client coordination (freshers may apply).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently with excellent time-management skills.

• Good knowledge of Mumbai locations (Andheri East preferred).

• Two-wheeler ownership is an added advantage.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
