Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Goregaon West

Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Role Overview:
Urban Company is hiring Business Development Associates (BDA) to expand its partner network. The role involves fieldwork to identify, approach, and onboard domestic helpers (maids) onto the Urban Company platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential areas and local communities to connect with potential maid partners.
Explain the benefits of joining Urban Company.
Convince and onboard eligible candidates onto the platform.
Assist partners with registration and documentation.
Follow up with onboarded partners until activation.
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Maintain records of field visits and partner onboarding.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and travelling.
Smartphone with basic app knowledge.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
