Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) – AC Category | (Onboarding & Field Operations)
Location: Bangalore ( Adugodi Office)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate
Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 per month ( Based on Interview )

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new AC technicians onto the platform
Conduct field visits to identify, verify & onboard technicians
Build and manage a strong technician partner base
Solve on-ground issues & ensure smooth onboarding experience
Drive technician performance and retention

Requirements:

Strong ownership mindset — someone who can independently drive field targets
Prior experience with UC or No broker or any other E-com business is preferred
Strong communication skills & problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Must have own Laptop
