Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales for commercial kitchen equipment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects and interior designers, understanding project requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel consultants, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and hospitality clients.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand kitchen equipment requirements.
Coordinate with the technical and design team for customized commercial kitchen solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
Handle price negotiations and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of clients, ongoing projects, and lead status.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the operations team until project completion.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment or hospitality industry preferred
Confidence in field sales and client meetings
Basic understanding of quotations and project sales
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, hospitality sales, interior project sales, or kitchen equipment sales will be an added advantage.
