We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Field Sales Executive (B2B) with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging business clients, generating leads, conducting on-site visits, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, field mobility, and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
Identify potential B2B clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct field visits for client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on company offerings.
Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a related field.
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing, Electronics, or Industrial Products.
Skills:
Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems (preferred)
