Your primary focus will be on generating sales, building strong client relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential B2B customers, including SMEs, manufacturers, contractors, and large enterprises.Conduct on-site visits and sales presentations to showcase Industrybuying.com’s value proposition and product offerings.Effectively communicate the benefits of using a B2B marketplace for their procurement needs.Sales & Revenue Generation:Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the internal teams to improve product offerings and services.Market Intelligence:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.Report on sales activities, market intelligence, and progress towards targets to the management team.Product Knowledge:Develop a strong understanding of Industrybuying.com's product categories, including but not limited to power tools, safety equipment, electricals, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies, and more.Be able to recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience:1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct sales.Experience in selling industrial products, hardware, or a related B2B domain is a significant plus.A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and a go-getter with a strong sense of ownership.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve goals.Proficiency in using a CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) for field travel.What We Offer:Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Salary Offer between 30k and 35kComprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunity to work with a leading B2B e-commerce platform.Career growth and advancement opportunities within Tophawks.
