Job Description:
To oversee insurance sales through direct channels, we are looking for a driven Direct Channel Sales Manager. The ideal applicant will fulfill company goals, lead generation from self-sourced sources, team management, and lead conversion. Success in this position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and knowledge of insurance sales.
Key Duties:
Increase insurance sales by utilizing both supplied and self-generated leads.
Oversee a sales force to reach or surpass goals.
Create lead generating and conversion tactics.
Teach and mentor the group in sales and product skills.
Track and keep an eye on team performance to make sure sales targets are fulfilled.
