About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Executive who will be responsible for coordinating property-related operations, society formalities, documentation, and ensuring that all committed work at the tenant’s property is completed properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect required documents from the Relationship Management (RM) Team and submit them to society maintenance for approval and gate pass generation.
• Coordinate with society maintenance/security for required permissions and formalities.
• Visit/check the tenant’s flat to verify whether the promised work has been completed.
• Identify any pending or incomplete work at the property.
• Coordinate with the concerned team/vendors to get pending work completed.
• Follow up regularly until all assigned work is completed.
• Maintain proper records and provide updates to the RM and management team.
• Coordinate effectively with RM Team, tenants, society management, and service teams.
Requirements
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable travelling to different societies in Noida/Greater Noida.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
• Two-wheeler is preferred.
