About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, explaining loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets. If you enjoy meeting new people and working on the field, this job is the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for various loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP / Auto Loan).

• Visit customers, verify documents, and explain product features.

• Build good relationships with customers to maximize sales.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and daily field activities.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan processing.

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to convince and build trust with customers.

• Self-driven and target-oriented.

• Basic understanding of loans and finance (training can be provided).

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
