We are currently hiring for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for APNA, India's leading professional networking and jobs platform. We are looking for high-energy "hustlers" who excel at ground-level sales and SMB client acquisition.
Role Overview

Role: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Delhi
Compensation: Fixed CTC up to 5 LPA + Petrol & Laptop Allowances
Target: 7-9 client meetings daily (Pitching recruitment solutions)
Key Responsibilities
Market Hunting: Identify and acquire SMB customers through cold calling and field visits.
Client Pitching: Conduct 7-9 daily meetings to showcase Apna’s hiring products.
End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire cycle from prospecting and objection handling to closing long-term deals.
Onboarding: Ensure seamless client onboarding and their first job posting on the platform.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the Apna brand and drive organic revenue through references.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ year of hardcore B2B or Field Sales experience.
Education: Graduate (HSC/Diploma holders with strong relevant experience will also be considered).
Mandatory: Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a Valid Driving License.
Skills: Street smart, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
