Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment space • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs • Pitch staffing services (permanent, contract etc.) to prospective clients • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Proven experience in business development/sales within the staffing or recruitment industry • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models
