About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) for our residential apartment project in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective customers interested in residential apartments.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and provide project-related information.
Follow up with potential buyers and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and drive sales closures.
Achieve sales targets and generate direct bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales records.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Must be comfortable wearing formal attire.
Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
