Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, coaching institutes, and small offices to introduce and demonstrate ERP and LMS solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos for principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
Convert prospects into paying customers and support onboarding of institutions.
Identify potential institutions and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to schedule meetings and demonstrations.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress until closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and institutional clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform.
Address client queries and coordinate internally for support.
Gather feedback from institutions regarding product usability and improvement areas.
Share insights with the development team for product enhancement.
Maintain records of visits, calls, demos, and closures.
Prepare and update lead databases using Excel or CRM tools.
Submit daily activity reports, weekly updates, and monthly performance reports.
Assist in sharing or creating promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Support digital marketing campaigns by sharing demos, testimonials, and product information.
KPI / KRA
Minimum 3–4 schools or institutional clients onboarded per month.
Minimum 2–3 business clients (shops, offices, coaching centers, local businesses) onboarded per month.
Minimum 1,000+ students/users onboarded monthly across platforms.
15–20 field visits per week including schools, offices, shops, and coaching institutes.
8–10 product demonstrations or client presentations per week.
20–25 cold calls and follow-ups per day.
Generate consistent leads for ERP solutions, websites, mobile apps, and digital branding services.
Improve client engagement and digital visibility through regular relationship management.
Maintain accurate sales activity reports, lead tracking, and client follow-up records.
Contribute ideas and feedback for improving product positioning and branding strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Ability to pitch and sell mobile app promotion services effectively.
Expertise in closing deals and handling objections.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
Ability to travel frequently to meet school representatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Experience in creating and formatting PDFs, Word documents, and reports.
Ability to design and manage content workflows for better efficiency.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for school visits and client meetings.
Two Wheeler is mandatory.
