Job Description:
Business Development Executive will be trained and practical managerial skills will be developed on the job for 10 - 12 months into 5 levels of business management and will be promoted to Branch Manager position on the completion of the training.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Business Development Executive: sales&marketing / business development / customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer : HR/ training&development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Manager: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Branch Manager : Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
