Job Title: Business Development Executive – Outdoor & Digital Advertising
Company Overview: We are an out-of-home (OOH) advertising company specializing in hoardings/billboards, native advertising, roadshows, and digital LED van advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hoarding, digital LED van, and roadshow advertising verticals
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Pitch advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and local businesses
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and media plans
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling
Coordinate with operations team for campaign execution (hoarding placement, LED van routing, roadshow logistics)
Track competitor activity and market pricing for hoardings and OOH media
Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Report weekly/monthly sales performance to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years experience in advertising sales, media sales, or OOH industry (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for field visits
