Key Responsibilities • Visit colleges and educational institutions on a daily basis. • Meet with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HODs), Principals, and Vice Principals to introduce and promote Study Smart. • Present the company's services and explain how students can benefit from Study Smart's programs. • Coordinate with TPOs to schedule and confirm seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for students. • Establish and maintain collaborations with colleges to create long-term partnerships. • Collect and maintain an updated database of colleges, key contacts, and relevant information. • Follow up with college authorities to strengthen relationships and ensure successful execution of planned activities. • Share regular updates on meetings, seminar bookings, collaborations, and field visits with the reporting manager. • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and counselling teams. • Prepare weekly MIS and expansion reports. • Track Partner sales targets and conversions.
