This role requires strong sales acumen, market awareness, and the ability to build relationships to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to the broader goals of the sales team. Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including monitoring and forecasting to better understand market trends and opportunities. • Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies to improve their effectiveness in driving sales. • Visit medical colleges within the assigned location to promote products and build partnerships. • Stay up to date with current market dynamics and competitor activities. • Take full ownership of achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets. • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to Area Heads or senior management. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or medical sector. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Must possess a personal laptop and a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for travel. • Willingness to travel extensively and work independently. • High level of motivation, integrity, and a results-driven approach.
