Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chennai (No Office in Chennai - Residential Work)

Experience Required: 2+ years (Direct channel sales or consumer electronics is highly preferred)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours : 9AM to 6 PM

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across South India.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
Network Development
Expand and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
Identify, onboard, and nurture key opinion leaders to increase market penetration.
Build strong relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
Monitor market share, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and grey market trends.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Brand Building & Activation
Organize and participate in workshops, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with camera OEM partners and stay updated on industry developments.
Enhance brand visibility and strengthen Tamron's market positioning.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare structured weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track key business metrics and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Candidates from consumer electronics, photography equipment, camera accessories, consumer durables, or channel sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Strong understanding of regional markets and channel ecosystems is essential.
