Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) at Skinroots, you will play a key role in boosting clinic footfall, revenue, and patient engagement through on-ground activities. Your focus will be on building collaborations, organizing skin and hair care camps, and initiating partnerships with local businesses, gyms, salons, RWAs, corporates, and wellness groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Footfall Growth
Actively identify and pursue opportunities to increase clinic walk-ins and patient registrations
Promote clinic services through field marketing, community outreach, and local activations
2. Collaborations & Tie-ups
Identify and execute strategic tie-ups with corporates, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), gyms, beauty salons, schools, and wellness centers
Maintain relationships with partners for long-term patient inflow
3. Camp & Event Organization
Plan and organize skin and hair health checkup camps, awareness events, and promotional activities in residential and corporate locations
Ensure smooth logistics and branding coordination for all on-ground events
4. Business Networking
Build rapport with local influencers, societies, HRs, and business owners to drive referrals and clinic promotions
Represent the clinic in medical camps, exhibitions, and health fairs
5. Reporting & Strategy
Submit weekly reports of activities, leads generated, and outcomes achieved
Contribute ideas to enhance visibility and patient acquisition through offline initiatives
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork
Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal clinic teams
