Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for the Nashik region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time (Office Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm)

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Work and Client Acquisition

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Visit clients and conduct product/service presentations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Follow up with potential clients and close deals

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

• Maintain daily sales reports and client records

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Travel within Nashik region for business meetings and field work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi

• Strong negotiation skills with a confident personality

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
