Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Shopkart Technologies. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.     • Client On boarding: Facilitate the on boarding process for new clients, including project scope discussions, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

    • Strategic Planning: Work with clients to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and web development solutions that align with their business goals.

    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and web projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation efforts.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and feedback in the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
