We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives through the creation and management of key online platforms necessary for marketing and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and can work independently with minimal supervision. You will play a critical part in setting up essential digital infrastructure that supports our advertising, outreach, and branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, configure, and fully verify digital business profiles across multiple platforms.
Set up and manage ad-ready accounts for internal use and client campaigns.
Ensure all created accounts meet platform-specific compliance and quality guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of account information, credentials, and associated documentation.
Work with the marketing and advertising teams to ensure smooth handoff and integration of the created accounts into active campaigns.
Monitor and ensure the health and sustainability of accounts to avoid issues related to compliance or restrictions.
Assist in managing virtual identities and business assets related to these platforms (emails, phone numbers, verification documents, etc.).
Conduct regular audits to ensure active accounts remain in good standing.
Basic understanding of online advertising platforms and digital marketing.
Familiarity with 2FA (two-factor authentication), email setup, and phone verification processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Must be discreet and able to handle sensitive information securely.
