Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in management with specialization in program/ project management, Technology management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related team. • Excellent skills on using Microsoft business productivity tools (word, excel, power point). • Usage of Power BI or related analytics platform is an added advantage. • Highly organized and able to prioritize work load effectively. • Excellent project/ program management & business writing skills. • Due to nature of work, he/she should be able to work in different environment. • Quick learner, collaborative attitude, active listening, attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Meet goals and metrics. • Direct all operations aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales. • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately. • Bring out the best of company’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation. • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. • Network to improve the presence and reputation of branch and company. • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. • Timely follow ups, as needed. • Ensure its execution as per schedule and within allocated budget. • Resolving risks. • Support business automation, marketing & communication team and management on ad-hoc basis.
