Provide technical and functional support to clients on Tally ERP / Tally Prime software.
- Handle installation, activation, and configuration of Tally software at client sites or remotely.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or remote tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, data errors, or usage concerns.
- Maintain and update support logs, tickets, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues or updates.
- Guide clients on using Tally features and shortcuts efficiently.
- Assist in training and onboarding new users on the software.
- Provide on-site visits to client locations if required for support or maintenance.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle clients patiently and professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and typing
- Knowledge of remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Quick learner and ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or related fields preferred)
