Business Development Executive

As a Sales Executive for Jio QR and Jio Soundbox, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants, promoting Jio’s payment solutions, and driving sales of QR codes and Jio Soundbox devices. The role involves field sales, merchant engagement, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard merchants for Jio QR payment solutions and Jio Soundbox.

• Pitch and demonstrate product benefits to shopkeepers, SMEs, and local businesses.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through merchant acquisition and activation.

• Ensure proper installation and activation of QR codes and Soundbox devices.

• Provide training to merchants on product usage and transaction process.

• Collect feedback from merchants and share with the team to improve service.

• Maintain records of merchant leads, visits, and closures.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales/merchant acquisition (FMCG, telecom, fintech, BFSI preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.

• Basic knowledge of UPI/digital payments will be an added advantage.
