Job Description Digital Pitha is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the digital services sector. The ideal candidate should be multilingual, target-driven, and adept at converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a people-friendly approach, and the ability to thrive in both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct cold calling to generate leads and qualify prospects.
● Schedule client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
● Identify business opportunities and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions.
● Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to convert them into clients.
● Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
● Maintain CRM with accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
● Provide regular reports on sales performance, funnel status, and market feedback.
● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
● Conduct field visits and client meetings every day.
● Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in B2C/B2B or digital services).
Skills
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Good negotiation and closing skills.
● Salary Package: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentive
● Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off
