Position: Business Development Manager – Corporate Credit Card Sales
Location: Bhilwara Rajasthan.
Salary Package (In-Hand): ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to acquire and manage corporate clients for credit card sales. The role involves on-ground client visits, direct interactions with decision-makers, and driving business growth through field sales activities.
Conduct field visits to approach and acquire new corporate clients for credit card sales.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and attend meetings with senior decision-makers to present credit card products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing corporate deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.
Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements during the onboarding process.
Provide regular updates and reports on field sales performance.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in field sales/business development, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card sales.
Strong B2B field sales background with proven ability to meet targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual.
Fixed in-hand salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
