Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in TMT Bars, Steel, Tiles, Painting and Ceramics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and markets within the TMT Bars, Steel, Tiles, and Ceramics industries.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies.

• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in TMT Bars, Steel, Tiles, Painting and Ceramics industries is a plus but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven business decisions.
