Profile: Sales Executive – Projects

Role:
This Position is for a frontline sales executive primarily responsible for overlooking sales of project division.
Primary Responsibility:
Business Objectives:
· Primary objective of candidate is to understand the potential of given geographical territory and to meet the targets by achieving the figures of sales.
· It is an important responsibility to identify the prospect clients and proposing them accurate products according to their needs.
· Pay regular visits to site locations when needed, to understand the stages of ongoing projects of clients.
· Conducting on site visits, Sample testing meets or Promotional activity to increase product awareness amongst the customers.
· Identifying and analysing the business terms of the customers according to policy of credit control division.
· Proposing, Negotiating and finalising the products/Applications and their prices as per the policy of organisation.
· Ensuring the timely delivery of material once all the compliance is completed. Compliances such as filing Customer Reg. Form, Providing Sales Quotation or Performa Invoice, Receiving Purchase Order etc.
· Focusing on few key accounting matters, such as performance under any scheme, outstanding reports, Monthly consumption against projected figures, etc.
· Performing reconciliation of Accounts of customers at regular intervals to ensure smooth transaction trail between client and entity.
Organisational Duties:
· Completion of all the business responsibilities by adhering to organisational policies.
· Report preparation, Presentation and submission to seniors as and when demanded or on regular basis depending upon the type of report.
· Maintaining daily logs of tasks performed.
· Discharging duties of colleagues in case it is needed.
· Follow applicable process of reporting and maintaining documents.
· Maintaining or creating effective communication between other departments of organisation.
· Integration of Retail, Accounting, legal, commercial and marketing functions with that of Project sales division.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
· Identifying key indicators such as Consistent overdue, Reduction in consumption of products, change in purchasing pattern, etc. and taking necessary actions to mitigate the same.
· Seeking advice or help of seniors within the department or organisation as and when required.
· Performing any other duty or task as allotted to candidate by senior or management for business requirements.
