(End to End Process). Forecast your plan in a systematic way to achieve your monthly target. And department target both. Check list & MIS Maintenance in Excel. On Week Off (It is Alternative as per work availability) work is also there on week off through mobile phone approvals & coordination and in the early morning and late-night approval works also. Sound coordination with Plant Team & HO Team with Concerned Dept. With Concerned Person.
