Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – C-Level Engagement

Location: Bengaluru [WFH+ Filed Work]

Experience Required: 3–5 years in B2B/Corporate Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales and manage relationships with C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives (CXO, VP, Directors) to drive new business opportunities.

  • Conduct detailed market research and develop strategies to target high-value enterprise clients.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management on progress and forecasts.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B/Corporate sales with exposure to C-level engagement.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to propose relevant solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Fluent English and Kannada is Mandatory.
