Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and meetings.
Identify potential clients requiring branding, digital marketing, social media, website development, photography, videography, and advertising services.
Schedule and conduct client presentations and pitch meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to prepare proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
Attend business networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
