Quickobook – Medical Representative / Field Executive (Guwahati)

Quickobook is inviting applications from experienced Medical Representatives for a field-facing role based in Guwahati. This role suits candidates who understand the local healthcare ecosystem, communicate confidently with medical professionals and are comfortable travelling for in-person meetings and follow-ups.

Work Location: Guwahati, Assam (Headquarters: Guwahati)

Starting Salary: ₹3.20 lakh per annum

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics and other healthcare stakeholders across assigned territories, including Guwahati and, when required, Upper Assam, Lower Assam and nearby states

• Build and sustain professional relationships with doctors and clinic teams through structured outreach and regular follow-ups

• Present Quickobook’s healthcare services and solutions clearly, professionally and accurately

• Identify partnership and onboarding opportunities, coordinate demonstrations or meetings and help resolve field-level concerns

• Maintain timely records of visits, conversations, leads and follow-up actions, and submit regular activity updates

• Work with the internal team to support doctor engagement, service adoption and field execution targets

• Represent the company ethically and comply with organizational and healthcare-industry requirements

Required Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Assamese, Hindi and English

• Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Medical Representative

• Experience in the General Division is preferred

• Based in, or willing to work from, Guwahati, with travel to Upper Assam, Lower Assam and neighbouring states when assigned

Compensation & Incentives:

• Starting compensation of ₹3.20 lakh per annum

• Salary negotiable for candidates with stronger, more relevant experience; experienced applicants may expect a hike of around 25%–30%, subject to experience, previous compensation, interview assessment and company approval

• Highly competitive performance incentives in addition to fixed pay, linked to eligible performance outcomes as per company policy

• Final compensation and employment terms will be confirmed in the formal offer letter

Preferred Candidate Profile:

A confident field professional who knows Guwahati’s doctor and clinic network, with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills, disciplined reporting, and the willingness to undertake official field visits to Upper Assam, Lower Assam and neighbouring states as required.

Note: This opening is for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers do not meet the minimum criterion.
