Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Western Line (Field Sales & Business Development)

Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA Marketing Freshers, Interns, and Sales & Marketing Graduates to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client relationship management, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and connect with colleges and educational institutions across the Western Line.
Build relationships with placement officers, Training & Placement Cells, HODs, and faculty members.
Promote the company's IT training and development programs.
Generate leads and business opportunities.
Conduct presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
Achieve assigned business development targets.

Eligibility

MBA (Marketing) Freshers or Final-Year MBA Marketing Interns.
Graduates with a specialization or experience in Sales & Marketing are also welcome to apply.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Travelling Allowance (TA): Provided for official field visits
