Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting NIAT programs in assigned regions by generating student leads and increasing paid applications for NAT (Nxtwave Admission Test). This is a field-based, travel-intensive, and target-driven role focused on student outreach, educational partnerships, and awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to conduct student demos and awareness sessions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college principals and educational partners
• Generate student leads and increase admissions through on-ground outreach
• Organize stalls, events, and promotional activities
• Drive awareness and engagement for NIAT programs
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in native language plus basic English
• Passion for education and student engagement
• Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork
• Must own:
o 2-wheeler
o Laptop
o Valid Driving License
