Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - Operate from Home only

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development:

    • Identify and tap into new business opportunities within the modular kitchen, wardrobes, and luxury furniture domain.

    • Generate high-quality leads and expand the client base among architects, interior designers, and affluent customers.

  • Client Interaction & Customization:

    • Respond promptly to inquiries, understand unique customer needs, and offer tailored design solutions.

    • Conduct client meetings, on-site visits, and product presentations to highlight the features of the premium portfolio.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build durable professional relationships with key influencers like architects and interior designers.

    • Provide exemplary customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

  • Sales Performance:

    • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.

    • Maintain accurate sales records and deliver insightful reports to management.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Market Awareness:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to remain competitive and informed.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years in sales (preference for modular kitchens, luxury interiors, or premium furniture experience).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.

    • Keen eye for design and luxury aesthetics.

    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.

  • Education:
