Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated B.Tech graduates with a background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automobile Engineering to join our growing team as Sales & Business Development Executives. The role involves driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within industries such as automobile, rubber, plastic, PU, and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

1). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across relevant industries.

2). Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to achieve company targets.

3). Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

4). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.

5). Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Eligibility Criteria

1). Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Automobile).

2). Experience: Candidates with prior experience in automobile, rubber, plastic, PU, or chemical industries will be preferred. (Min. -1 years and Max. 4+ Years)

3). Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

4). Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
